A non-profit foundation administered solely by volunteer meditators
Board and Committee Meetings
Dhamma Taḷāka meditation centre is owned and operated by the Vipassana Stichting, a non-profit public benefit foundation whose Board is made up of dedicated old-student volunteers. An Advisory Council of Teachers oversees this board and is also responsible for appointing members to it, normally for a two years term.
A large number of committees and working groups take responsibility for the many different specific facets of operating the centre, and they execute to the best of their ability the instructions and wishes of the board.
The Board reaches all its decisions by a process of consensus in an open forum.
Board and Committee meetings are held regularly and are open to all old students.
